The hotel was lovely and the room was clean.

I faced numerous issues . There was no toilet paper upon arrival. The locks on the doors were so faulty that I woke up to find my room completely open. To top it off, I discovered that there was no hot water from 11 PM to 7 AM, unacceptable.

Quaint and modern place with fabulously friendly staff and favourable location in a residential area away form the noise of the resort. Lots of options for breakfast, well presented muesli, cereal, and cheese. A decent service and excellent breakfast. Very clean pool to relax in too.

It is a quiet and beautiful hotel with incredibly beautiful view of the mountains. The staff are welcoming and the location is great and fab away from the nightlife...

during my stay, I loved the convenience of being just a short walk from the beautiful Cala de Santa Ponca beach and the charming local restaurants like Charlotte Santa Ponsa, making it perfect for enjoying leisurely strolls while exploring the area.

There was no air conditioning and no one offered to help with my bags up the stairs

Very pleasant staff and extremely helpful and welcoming. Excellent location as is 1 minute from the beach and local restaurants and bars. Good pool facilities and breakfast is included which was a bonus, particularly if you are short of money.

Is very basic.....no tv in room or any tea or coffee facilities, but there is a bar downstairs if these are needed.

Lekker location, so close to the beach, and the vibes here are proper chilled! I loved the free coffee and tea all day, such a nice touch. Met some cool chommies and the staff were just the best.

Rooms are a bit basic, could use some sprucing up, but still comfy enough for a short stay.

Location. No problem for car park.

WI-FI did not work in our room, only in the reception and hall.

The staff were very understanding and patient with out young group. Always more than happy to help us and answer any questions

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a 5-minute stroll to the beach. Rooms were clean, with comfy beds, and we enjoyed the lovely breakfast, especially the view from the dining area. The free drinks in the lobby were a nice touch too!

My wife says that noise control could be better.

The hotel was OK, it was quiet in the night, no loud music, so it was easy to get a good night sleep. But it was close enough to beach and and bars. The breakfast was simple. The woman in the reception was some of a kind....

We had an excellent service, spotlessly clean room with dressing table and fresh towels. Enjoyed smooth check-in and late check-out.

Nothing that i didn't like.

The room had a lovely balcony, yet I struggled with ants in the bathroom.

Everything was first-class, fab location close to the bars restaurants, shops and the beach, and cafe's, bars, bus stops, amiable staff. An economy double room with a delightful view of the mountains, I had requested this in advance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast food was sensational. Greatly enjoyed the stay, it was very lovely in June and September.

Just a smart choice for a quick stopover in Santa Ponsa with excellent value. The owner was really accommodating after a late arrival with my child. Make sure to confirm payment details ahead of time to avoid any issues.
